Our initial consultation is a gentle first step — a short, structured conversation where we get to know a little about what's bringing you in, carry out a basic screening, and answer any questions you might have about therapy and how it works. There's no pressure to commit to anything further. It's simply a chance for us to understand your needs, and for you to get a feel for whether The Reset is the right fit for you.
